Mackenzie Reider serves as the Chief People Officer of Sedron, a leader in advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a distinguished background in human resources and organizational development, Reider plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s robust workforce strategy and fostering a culture of innovation.

Under Reider’s leadership, Sedron has established itself as a magnet for top-tier talent in the sustainable technology sector. Her efforts have been crucial in assembling teams capable of driving innovation in waste management and resource recovery, particularly in agricultural, municipal, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Sedron in 2023, Reider was the Head of Human Resources at Janicki Industries.

Reider holds an executive MBA from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Biological Engineering from North Carolina State University. She has also served as the SHRM Foundation Director for the Skagit Island Chapter of SHRM and as the Programs Director for Washington State SHRM.
