PVD Wheel Exchanges
Wheel Craft offers PVD Chrome Wheels, Black Chrome, and custom-colored wheels on all C8 Corvette wheel designs for the Stingray, Z06, and E-Ray (Carbon Fiber wheels excluded.) In addition to C8 wheels, Wheel Craft also offers PVD wheel exchanges for previous Corvette generations as well.
The traditional method of chroming involved dipping your wheels over and over into a chemical bath to achieve the look. Today, Wheel Craft does it through a process called Physical Vapor Disposition which applies a micro-thin layer of chrome onto the wheel while sealed inside a vacuum chamber. This process creates an inseparable bond between the chrome finish and alloy wheels and then they are sealed with an acrylic clear coat to protect and enhance the PVD finish. PVD Chrome wheels from Wheel Craft carry a five year warranty.
Once your chosen wheels have undergone the PVD process and are ready for your Corvette, Wheel Craft will ship them directly to you, your dealership, or to your tire store. Once they are mounted on your Corvette, your original wheels are boxed up and sent back with the included shipping labels. Corvettes at Carlisle is coming up August 21-23 in Carlisle, PA and Wheel Craft will once again be showing off its PVD Chrome, Black Chrome, and custom tinted wheels. 4th Annual K9 Heroes 4 Heroes Show
Wheel Craft will be hosting their 4th Annual K9 Heroes Charity Car Show on Sunday, August 17th from 8AM EST to 3PM EST at Wheel Craft 7750 Tyler Blvd. Mentor, Oh 44060. The annual car show helps to raise funds for K9 Heroes 4 Heroes, a non-profit that trains service dogs for veterans & first responders at no cost to the recipient.
