Hi, wonder if you can help me…

I am having an issue with the car Ive purchased back in March this year. After driving it for few weeks I have noticed a vibration on the motorway speed between 74mph -80mph. When I bought a car the 20″ alloys looked a state so I have put it down to the poor wheel condition…I have had the wheels refurbished and rebalanced, tracking done and was hoping it will help. It didn’t… After driving for few days I’ve dropped the car off at the mechanics to have a look at and hoping the issue is a quick fix. They’ve looked at the car said the wheel balancing was way off and charged 40 pounds for diagnostic and wheel balance. Drove again and still problem not solved. Took the front wheels off and moved front to back to see if it makes any difference. I think there was some difference however I could still feel the vibration throughout the car. Decided to downsize from 20″wheel to 18″ wheel ax it was always a plan anyway for driving on UK pothole roads. Spend 1k this weekend on new wheels and tyres…. Problem still there! Been to three garages asking for help but everyone is just suggesting to replace things bit by bit which I simply cannot afford! Any thoughts??? I’m out of ideas….
