FORT WORTH, Texas — Synergy Solution Group brought together commercial HVAC industry leaders from across the country for the its 2025 Service Operations Forum, held late last month in Fort Worth.

The event provided a platform for service professionals to collaborate, share best practices, and develop strategies to strengthen their teams and operations, a press release from Synergy Solution Group said.

Guest speaker Sandra Larkin, from Dale Carnegie, kicked off the forum with workshop on “Building a Culture of Feedback and Performance.” She focused on the importance of trust, coaching, and time management in driving engagement and discretionary effort within teams, Synergy’s press release said. Sandra’s session set the stage for meaningful conversations, with members reflecting on how to better support and develop their employees, the press release said.

On the second day, a team leader panel featured insights from LMS, Vital Mechanical Service, Cox Engineering, and Storer Services. Each member shared how their companies structure the team leader position, the challenges they face, and what’s working to support leadership in the field.

The day continued with Synergy’s 2025 Partner Fair, where members connected with several industry partners, including National Compressor Exchange, Nationwide Coils, Kojo, Milwaukee Tool, XOi, Emkay Fleet Management, DST, Chill-Pro, and nClarity, to explore new tools and technologies that improve efficiency and operations.

The final day of the forum focused on service process improvements and goal-setting. To close out the event, representatives from each company outlined the company’s 2025 Initiative, a key focus area to drive success in the year ahead.

“The best part of the meeting was being around like-minded people who share the same enthusiasm about their businesses as I do,” said Brandon Jones of Warwick Mechanical Group.

The 2025 Service Operations Forum reinforced Synergy’s commitment to fostering peer-driven learning and continuous improvement within the HVAC industry, the press release said.
