For a car not even in production yet, it sure does seem that these new 2025 Corvette ZR1s are popping up everywhere! Our latest sighting takes us to the Port of Wilmington in Delaware where this 2025 Corvette ZR1 in Hysteria Purple Metallic is being shipped overseas and most likely to Dubai.
As regular production for the ZR1s hasn’t yet started, we believe this be a 2025 CTF car (captured test fleet) and we can see from its VIN on the build sheet that it’s number 024 built so far. As it’s loaded with both the TOM Carbon Fiber Aero Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Wheels, and the ZTK Package, it’s most likely going to be doing duty as a show car for Chevrolet Arabia. We’re okay with that as Corvette dreams often start with the sighting of a new Corvette at a car show or other event, and it’s important to put your best foot forward to make the greatest impression.

And boy are we impressed with this build. The Hysteria Purple Metallic is paired with 3LZ Natural Interior with GT2 Bucket Seats and the optional Natural seatbelts. Inside you’ll also find a Level 2 Carbon Fiber Interior Package. Other options include the Blue Brake Calipers and Chrome Emblems.
We are thinking that many ZR1 buyers will opt for the Coupe as it shows off its first split rear window since the 1963 Corvettes. This show car is making the most of that by keeping it in visible Carbon Fiber. In this picture below, I realized there isn’t a rear camera on this car.

Thanks again to Bill Lawlor who shared these images to the C8 Corvette Owners (and Friends) page on Facebook. He writes in his post:
“I found the holy grail. Really didn’t think I’d see one for awhile, but this one is for export at the port of Wilmington. Wow, what a car!!!!”
Here are a few other photos taken by Bill including the Build Sheet that shows it’s a Left-Hand Drive Export ZR1 Coupe with a destination of ARAB-D5P.
