If you weren’t in Sevierville, Tennessee, on the weekend of September 13-14, 2024, you seriously missed out. The Smokey Mountain Truck Fest came back louder, wilder, and bigger than ever—turning the laid-back mountain town into a full-blown custom truck paradise.
Held at the Sevierville Convention Center, this year’s fest pulled in truck lovers from every corner of the country. We’re talking about a weekend packed with killer rides, wild mods, and a whole lot of Southern truck culture.
Trucks, Trucks… and More Trucks
Everywhere you turned, there was something cool to check out. Lifted rigs, slammed mini-trucks, bagged classics, modern beasts—you name it. Whether you’re into off-road monsters or frame-dragging cruisers, there was eye candy in every direction.
Some trucks had paint jobs so clean you’d swear they were dipped in glass. Others had full-blown custom interiors, crazy sound systems, and setups that made you do a double take. There were show builds that had been in the works for years, and daily drivers with just enough attitude to stand out.
Friendly Competition with Big Bragging Rights
Of course, it wouldn’t be a true Smokey Mountain Truck Fest 2024 without some judging and awards. Builders brought their A-game to compete for titles like Best Lifted, Best Lowered, Best Classic, Best Paint, Best Interior, and the ultimate: Best of Show. The level of detail on some of these rides was next-level—like tucked wires, custom fab work, and air setups that looked straight out of a sci-fi movie.
The vendor area was stacked. From suspension companies to wheel and tire brands, custom lighting setups to audio pros—you could spend hours checking out the booths. Plenty of vendors were slinging exclusive show-only deals, and you better believe the official show merch was flying off the shelves.
You could also catch a few hands-on demos, meet brand reps in person, and maybe even pick up parts for your next build right on the spot.
Good Vibes and Family Fun
One of the best things about Smokey Mountain Truck Fest? It’s 100% family-friendly. Parents brought their kids, friends rolled in with big groups, and everyone just hung out, had fun, and enjoyed the scene.
Food trucks were on deck dishing out BBQ, burgers, and sweet treats all weekend. DJs kept the energy going, and the Smoky Mountain backdrop made for some pretty awesome photo ops—whether it was for your ride or your crew.
A Weekend to Remember
When it comes down to it, Smokey Mountain Truck Fest 2024 was more than just a show—it was a full-on celebration.
If you were there, you already know how special it was. And if you weren’t? Put it on your calendar for 2025.
