S80 coolant leak | SwedeSpeed

PLEASE HELP: I own a 2010 Volvo S80 with 106,000 miles and I always get my car serviced by Volvo. Every time I get my car serviced, they give me a printout of “my automobile status report” which they tell me what additional services my car needs. For over 2 years, the staff there has been telling me that my coolant fluid needs “immediate attention” and changed due to being dirty. I then would check with another mechanic, and they assure me the coolant is fine. Not to mention, my car owners manual states that they do not recommend changing the coolant fluids. Now, when my car hit 100,000 miles, I figured it was time to do a drain and fill regarding my coolant. Last month , I called and made an appointment with Volvo for my oil to be changed. I didn’t say anything about a coolant service, because I specifically wanted to wait till I arrived there and talk to them in person about what is involved with a coolant service. I explained to the service advisor that my car has got some age on it and that all I want is a “drain and fill” regarding my coolant, that I do not want any flush or pressurization of any kind on the coolant system. The service advisor understood and he assured that all that would be done is a drain and fill. He further advised that they do not flush coolant systems or pressure test the coolant systems. Therefore, I gave them the permission to do the drain and fill with the coolant. That was one month ago and 500 miles has been driven on my car since. I’ve owned this car since 2012, and I have never had any problems or leaks regarding my coolant system. But today, I found some drops of coolant on the concrete, and too, my coolant level reservoir is slowly leaking down. I got under the car and took the plastic shroud off and saw coolant slowly seeping from the bottom, at the middle of the engine. I did not have my car jacked up, so I could not see exactly where it was leaking from, but it looked as if seeping between a gasket. I am not aware where the water pump is. I apologize this message is so long, but my ultimate question to you is, do you think I have a legitimate complaint with Volvo, since I specifically said to perform a drain and fill only, but according to the invoice, they performed a “flush kit” on my coolant system. Which, I am unsure what is involved with a “flush kit” administered by Volvo. Any ideas on where you think the leak is coming from, and too, if this was you in this situation, how would you respond? Thank you.
