Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer of mission-critical air filtration products, announced its acquisition of Air Filtration Co., Inc., marking a significant expansion of its operations in California and Iowa.
The acquisition brings Air Filtration Co.’s production facilities in Lancaster, California, and Corydon, Iowa, under Rensa’s umbrella, strengthening its position in the paint and finishing industry. Air Filtration Co. specializes in manufacturing and distributing air filter products and accessories for automotive, wood finishing, and general industrial markets.

The deal represents a merger of two established players in the filtration industry, with Air Filtration Co. bringing nearly six decades of expertise to the table. Jeremy Hagan, President of Air Filtration Co., expressed optimism about the merger’s potential benefits.

The acquisition expands Rensa Filtration’s network to 25 sites across North America, further solidifying its presence in the air filtration market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
