- Wash car with some kind of good car wash stuff
- Dry and use clay bar to remove dirt
- Polish with 3M Imperial Hand Glaze
- Wax with some kind of real Carnuba wax
This is all very old technique, I guess. The R-Design has a lot of black shiny plastic trim. I am not sure how to go about cleaning and waxing that. I used to do all of the polishing and waxing by hand, but I’m going to get myself some kind of battery-powered machine now.
Been looking at products from Adam’s Polishes and Chemical Guys. There are SO many choices. Can anyone recommend a basic exterior detailing plan that would work well with the S60?
Also, a good rotary polisher? The S60 sits in our driveway all of the time as our garage is ‘way too small. TIA for your suggestions!
