iCAUR Malaysia has announced the iCAUR iCONIC Roadshow, a 10-day showcase happening from 17th to 27th July 2025 at The Waterfront, Desa ParkCity. Visitors to the Desa ParkCity event can also get up close with the striking iCAUR 03T in Signature Red and the aggressive Black Phantom edition, presented in the eye-catching iCAUR “toy box” showcase. Alongside it, enjoy family-friendly activities such as the ‘Guess the Price’ contest and on-site gift redemption after completing a test drive and short survey.

The iCAUR iCONIC Roadshow takes place 17th to 27th July 2025 at Waterfront @ ParkCity, Persiaran Residen, Desa ParkCity, 52200, Kuala Lumpur and is open daily from 10AM to 10PM, with test drives available from 10AM to 7PM.
So what the heck is iCAUR? iCAUR is a Chinese global electric vehicle brand born from a collaboration between Chery, which you have now seen many of their vehicles in Malaysia, and SmartMi Tech, known for its modern, connectivity-driven approach to product development. It is from the outset for international markets, iCAUR blends bold designs, smart technology, and strong driving performance to create vehicles that reflect the lifestyles of young and young at heart. Actually called iCAR over there, but due to intellectual property issues, its called iCAUR outside of China….but pronounce it the same I suppose?
“As the first international market to launch the all-electric iCAUR 03, Malaysia continues to play a pivotal role in the brand’s global rollout. Following a wave of enthusiastic public response at the earlier iXPERIENCE roadshows in Eco Ardence and 1 Utama, this latest initiative brings the electrifying iCAUR experience closer to customers in the Klang Valley,” said Emily Lek, Vice-President of iCAUR Malaysia.
“The iCAUR iCONIC Roadshow allows the public to explore and experience the ‘Born to Play’ spirit of the off-road-ready iCAUR 03 SUV in a relaxed urban setting, proving how it seamlessly blends with our customers’ lifestyles,” she added.

The iCAUR 03 is a boxy and squarish looking SUV which is fully electric. It will be offered in two distinct powertrain configurations to suit different driving needs. The iCAUR 03 2WD variant features a 135kW (184PS) electric motor delivering 220Nm of torque, paired with a 65.7kWh LFP battery for an NEDC-rated range of 426km.
For enhanced performance, the iCAUR 03 Intelligent Wheel Drive (iWD) upgrades to dual motors producing 205kW (279PS) and 385Nm of torque, combined with a 69.8kWh battery offering a 418km range (NEDC).
It is also packed with advanced technology that blends both form and function. From its bold i-BOX design language and iROAD system with six terrain modes, to its 12-speaker INFINITY audio system and 540° Transparent Chassis Camera, the iCAUR 03 is built to defy expectations for an electric SUV. So like most of the newest entries into the Malaysian RM150k price range, it comes very well equipped.
The iCAUR 03 is estimated to be priced between RM145,000 and RM155,000. Customers who want to be among the first to experience iCAUR’s blend of electrified adventure can place a fully-refundable booking of RM1,000. It should be launched in the next few months from the looks of it. This rounds up the offerings handled by Chery vehicle lineup here in Malaysia. We have Chery coming in at the affordable and quite traditional Chery SUVs, the Jaecoo and Omoda vehicles which is both petrol and hybrid powered and now this ICAUR which is electric. Of course, all slots into the over RM100k to the RM200k price range. Highly competitive segment from the looks of it.
