What business advice would you give your younger self?

We would tell our younger selves to embrace uncertainty and trust the process. Building something new is never easy, but every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. Stay committed to your vision, even when things get tough.

If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be?

Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Innovation comes from taking risks, and success often requires moving away from traditional methods to create something unique. Trust your instincts, and always be open to learning.

Every entrepreneur has a goal and a problem that they’re trying to solve. What was the inspiration that started your journey?

Our journey began in law school when we saw the power of mediation through competitions and our legal training. We realized that traditional dispute resolution methods, like going to court, were slow and inaccessible, so we created NOEM to make conflict resolution faster, more affordable, and easier for everyone.

What stage were you in your career when you came across this idea and decided to pursue it?

We were in law school, participating in mediation competitions, when the idea for NOEM started
to take shape. We were early in our legal careers but saw the potential to transform mediation
by making it more accessible through an online platform.

Have you always been an entrepreneur?

Yes, our passion for helping people and our experience in law naturally led us to entrepreneurship. Creating NOEM allowed us to combine our legal expertise with our desire to innovate and make a meaningful impact.

What do you think is the single most important quality in an entrepreneur?

Resilience. The road to success is filled with challenges, and the ability to adapt, recover, and keep moving forward is essential. Believing in your vision, even when faced with setbacks, is what ultimately drives success.

What can you tell our readers about what’s next for yourself and your company?

We are excited to continue growing NOEM and expanding our online mediation services to reach even more people. Our mission is to bring conflict resolution to anyone, anywhere, and we are working on new ways to make mediation more efficient, accessible, and impactful.
