Software Developer | Beirut Based DJ & Music Producer
Tucked between the narrow alleyways and old stone buildings of Achrafieh, Beirut, where the echoes of ancient stories blend with the pulse of modern dreams, a young Mario Karam discovered his rhythm. In a neighborhood where the past speaks through architecture and the future dances through the fingertips of a daring generation, Mario was quietly crafting a future unlike any other—one stitched together by soundwaves and source code. He began his academic journey at the Franciscan Sisters’ School, a foundation that sharpened his intellect and curiosity. That drive carried him to the Lebanese Canadian University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on software engineering. But while others charted straightforward paths into tech, Mario’s story was destined to be anything but conventional. By the age of 18, Mario had already started carving out his second life—one behind a DJ booth. He was a Beirut-based DJ and music producer, spending long nights performing in the smoky pubs and intimate lounges of Lebanon. These were no ordinary gigs. These stages were classrooms where he honed his musical identity, learned how to read a room, mix emotion with sound, and make every beat count. As his skills matured, so did his venues. The pubs gave way to clubs, the small crowds to bigger audiences. His live performances became a local sensation, earning him respect and recognition within Beirut’s underground music scene. But he wasn’t content with local fame. He wanted the world to hear his sound. In 2017, Mario’s global journey officially began. He started releasing original music, blending cultural influences with global house and electronic sounds. His tracks found homes in Brazil, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and other corners of the world. Each release was a window into his soul—and the world was listening. By 2025, Mario’s music had surpassed over one million streams across all major platforms. This milestone wasn’t just about numbers—it represented a community, a global audience moved by his authenticity and creativity. From local sets to international playlists, his journey symbolized what can happen when raw talent meets relentless dedication.

Yet while the music world celebrated his rise, Mario was making just as much noise in the tech sphere. After graduating, he began his professional career as an ERP Developer at Info-Sys SAL, where he mastered tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power BI. Over the next several years, he climbed the ranks through dedication, innovation, and sheer brilliance. In 2022, he joined Difco Group as a Senior Information System Developer, where his ability to streamline complex systems earned him a promotion to IS Unit Head in 2024. By March 2025, he was appointed ERP Manager—a role that allowed him to lead critical digital transformation projects and shape the future of enterprise systems within the organization.

Whether building cloud-based solutions or crafting a track for his next release, Mario brought the same passion to everything he touched. His work in e-commerce systems, data analytics, and enterprise resource planning was just as inspired as his music production. He lived at the intersection of logic and emotion, data and sound—proving that creativity and intellect don’t just coexist; they amplify each other.

Today, Mario Karam is more than a music artist or a tech professional. He is a creator in every sense—an ERP Manager driving business innovation by day, and a DJ and music producer inspiring crowds by night. His story serves as a bold reminder to the next generation: You don’t have to choose between your passions. You can master both. You can lead in the boardroom and headline on stage. From coding systems in Beirut to spinning tracks heard across continents, Mario is living proof that success isn’t about fitting into a mold—it’s about building your own rhythm and daring to dance to it.

And for Mario Karam, the music—and the momentum—are only getting louder.
