Jeff Stevens is the co-founder and CEO of Village Caregiving, the largest privately owned home care agency in the country. In this role, Jeff leads a team of more than 3,200 employees, including 3,000 caregivers, to serve more than 5,400 clients across 60 locations in 20 states.

Along with co-founders Matt Walker and Andrew Maass, Jeff works to ensure the company delivers quality, at-home, non-medical care as it continues to scale to more cities and states across America. He is intently focused on creating a work culture that balances a healthy competitive spirit with a family-like atmosphere of kindness, respect, and helping employees find fulfillment in their careers.

Jeff earned a J.D. from University of Kentucky College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky.
