Keyloop has signed a new partnership agreement with Agentic Analytics Platform ThoughtSpot to help accelerate the deployment of AI-driven business intelligence (BI) tools to Keyloop customers.

The partnership will enable Keyloop to provide a range of reporting and analysis capabilities, supporting smarter and faster decision-making. Retailers will be able to tailor their reports using simple, agentic natural language prompts, while predictive trend analysis and automated workflows will guide them retailers on how to stay ahead of emerging risks and counter potential costs.

Tim Smith, chief strategy officer at Keyloop, said: “While automotive dealerships increasingly rely on data to drive profitability and improve customer experience, many still deal with disconnected systems, outdated reporting, and limited access to real-time intelligence.

“We recognised that retailers need top-of-the-line solutions to navigate these challenges and to make faster, smarter and more informed business decisions.

“ThoughtSpot was the clear provider of choice as a leader in agentic AI, and this partnership will deliver the insights and efficiencies that retailers need to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs and respond to emerging challenges.”

Keyloop and ThoughtSpot are collaborating currently on the architecture and key functionality of VEGA, Keyloop’s new suite of business intelligence tools that offer real-time data capture and automated insights. VEGA will help retailers evaluate key aspects of their performance and identify how best to maximise customer and vehicle lifetime value, reducing costs and increasing margins.

VEGA tools will be introduced to early adopters in September as an enhancement to Keyloop’s market-leading dealer management system (DMS).

The new tools will then become an embedded feature of the various software products comprised within Fusion, Keyloop’s new Automotive Retail Platform (ARP).
