Before she ever crafted a recipe or led a fitness class, Jane Olivia was on a personal mission: to heal her gut, reclaim her energy, and reimagine the way food could fuel a vibrant life. What began as a high schooler’s decision to give up meat in 2015 quickly evolved into a powerful calling—to help others transform their health through food, fitness, and mindful living. At just 14, one documentary about the meat industry flipped the switch. Jane didn’t just go vegan—she went all in. While juggling the challenges of food sensitivities and gluten intolerance, she became her own first client—experimenting, researching, and learning how to thrive on a plant-based lifestyle long before it was trendy. Determined to turn her passion into purpose, Jane enrolled at Arizona State University, drawn to its progressive, holistic health and nutrition program. From 2019 to 2023, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health and Nutrition—where she wasn’t just studying wellness, she was living it. She trained clients, ran wellness workshops, and offered real-time health coaching while soaking up every lesson from the classroom to the gym floor. Even before university, she took her first leap into health coaching, graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019. Armed with practical skills and a holistic mindset, she quickly became a go-to guide for anyone looking to balance their body and nourish their soul. In 2021, Jane added certified personal trainer to her growing resume, earning her credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The pandemic reignited her love for strength training and sparked a new phase in her wellness journey—focusing on helping others build resilience through movement.

But her secret weapon? Her kitchen.
A self-taught holistic private chef and recipe developer, Jane turned her curiosity into culinary mastery. Since 2016, she’s been experimenting with food replacements, decoding ingredients, and building a unique approach to cooking that’s grounded in health, joy, and inclusivity. She creates meals that heal, comfort, and energize—using organic, locally sourced ingredients and personalized menus for clients with everything from autoimmune disorders to high-performance fitness goals.
