Hyundai has announced an exciting expansion of its complimentary home charger and charging credit program, extending the offer to customers who purchase or lease any new 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 6, 2024 IONIQ 6, or 2024 IONIQ 5 models starting March 1, 2025. This initiative is part of Hyundai’s commitment to making the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) as seamless and convenient as possible.

Program Benefits

Eligible customers can choose between:

  1. A ChargePoint® Home Flex Level 2 Charger – A high-quality EV charger to enhance home charging convenience.
  2. A $400 Charging Credit – Usable through the ChargePoint mobile app for public charging.

How to Redeem the Complimentary Home Charger

Customers opting for the ChargePoint® Home Flex Level 2 Charger must:

  • Create a profile on the Hyundai Home Marketplace.
  • Click “Find Offer” on the landing page.
  • Enter vehicle-specific details and zip code.
  • Select the home charger option.
  • Receive an email from Hyundai Home partner Electrum within 5 business days, including a coupon code.
  • Begin the installation process by providing home and charger location details.

Important Notes:

  • Customers must complete hardwired installation via Hyundai Home’s service providers.
  • Installation costs, taxes, and fees are not included in the complimentary charger offer.
  • Redemption Deadline: 60 days from the purchase/lease date.
  • Installation Completion Deadline: 120 days from purchase/lease date.

How to Redeem the $400 ChargePoint Credit

Customers opting for the $400 ChargePoint credit should:

  • Visit the Hyundai Home Marketplace and click “Find Offer”.
  • Create a profile and enter vehicle-specific details and zip code.
  • Select the out-of-home charging credit option.
  • Receive an email from Hyundai Home partner Electrum with a coupon code within 5 business days.
  • Apply the code via their ChargePoint account.
  • Access and manage charging sessions through the ChargePoint mobile app.

Key Details:

  • Redemption Deadline: 60 days from purchase/lease date.
  • Credit Usage Period: Two years from the date of redemption.
