A recently rendering of a Genesis GV100 MPV concept made by our colleagues at KKSStudio explores the possibilities of Hyundai’s luxury brand luxury minivan. Inspired by recent Genesis concept cars like the Neolun and X-Gran Equator, the MPV adopts a sleek and futuristic styling direction, hinting at the brand’s potential entry into the premium multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) segment.
Distinctive Genesis Front-End Styling
The front fascia stands out with clean, uninterrupted curves that emphasize minimalism and sophistication. Genesis’s signature dual-line LED headlamps extend across the front fenders of the Genesis GV100, reinforcing the brand’s identity while visually stretching the body to appear wider and longer.
The massive radiator grille, which occupies more than half the front bumper, features Genesis’s signature diamond-shaped mesh pattern. At the top center, a subtle shield-shaped motif and a front-facing camera hint at both luxury and tech-forward functionality.
Sleek Side Profile and Hidden Features
From the side, the concept maintains a refined aesthetic with a gently sloping character line toward the rear. The sliding door rails are cleverly integrated within the dual-line design for a seamless appearance. Additional features such as digital side mirrors and auto-flush door handles not only enhance the futuristic look but also improve aerodynamics by reducing drag.
No Official Launch Yet, But Market Hints at Possibility
While Genesis has not officially confirmed plans for an MPV, industry experts suggest it could be a logical step. Competitors like Mercedes-Benz are actively developing the next-generation V-Class, and luxury MPVs such as the Volvo EM90 and Lexus LM have recently entered the market. These developments indicate a growing demand for high-end minivans, making a Genesis MPV a plausible addition to the lineup.
