Excited to finally share the G90 M5 with the vision coming to life since our initial renders back in August last year. Big thanks to our partners for making this happen!
Now fitted with the full TRE PR-1 carbon fibre aero kit and finished off with a dream wheel setup from HRE. We’ve spent the last 10 months working closely with TRE to refine this kit — combining aggressive motorsport inspiration with an OEM level fitment and finish. This is the first full aero package for the G90/G99 chassis that we feel truly complements the car’s bold styling. Every piece is pre-preg carbon, designed, prototyped, and tested in-house by TRE with customer feedback throughout the process. The result is a kit backed by a 5-year warranty and engineered to last.
Included in the TRE PR-1 kit:
Front Splitter & Front Bumper Duct Inserts
Adds depth and aggression to the front end. Extends the chin to complement the G90’s angular design language while preserving OEM mounting. The front bumper duct inserts contours the front end with more visual flow — these sit in the OEM duct area and install with 3M tape.

Side Skirts
Following the lower lip profile of the front splitter – the PR-1 side skirts are a simple and sleek design avoiding the OEM welcome carpet light and flaring towards the rear for a cohesive look matching the profile of the rear diffuser if seen from side on.

Rear Diffuser
The PR-1 three piece rear diffuser offers a more harmonious look to the rear of the G90 M5 as opposed to the disjointed OEM diffuser. Featuring aggressive motorsport inspired fins as well as large exhaust openings suited for aftermarket tips, and a clean cut out for the rear reverse light and rear tow eye for a functional upgrade.

Rear Spoiler
The PR-1 rear spoiler is in typical BMW fashion in its design crafted for a more amplified OEM look. Perfectly proportioned to the rear diffuser and aligned to the rear tail light rake for those with an eye for detail.

Cobra Suspension Lowering Springs
- OEM dampers retained (Damptronic compatible).
- 25mm front / -20mm rear = no more 4×4 arch gap.
Eventuri Intake + Milltek Exhaust
Transforms the sound and throttle response. OEM was way too muted — this setup brings the S68 twin-turbo V8 to life.
TDI Tuning Box
Plug-and-play solution, now making 850bhp / 1242Nm (916 lb-ft) of torque.
