ACQUISITIONS

Advantage Distribution Holdings (Miami Beach, Fla.) acquired CTC Supply (Fayetteville, N.C.).

 

RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTORS

Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric (Orlando, Fla.) acquired McGowan’s Heating & Air Conditioning (Jacksonville, Fla.) and Keystone Energy & Power Corp. (Orlando, Fla.).

Williams Comfort Air (Indianapolis, Ind.) won a 2025 President’s Award from Carrier (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.).

A Max Service Group (Indianapolis) video advertising campaign won two awards from the American Advertising Federation (Washington).

 

MANUFACTURERS

Danfoss (Baltimore) and Microsoft Corp. (Redmond, Wash.) expanded a partnership for exploring ways of reducing energy use and food waste in food retailing.

Bosch Home Comfort USA (Watertown, Mass.) unveiled a R-454B version of its Climate 5000 Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump.

Malco Tools Inc. (Annandale, Minn.) won a 2025 Metal of Honor Award from Metal Roofing Magazine (Iola, Wis.).

American Event Services (Danville, Ill.) purchased a 51,900-square-foot manufacturing facility in Danville.

Viega North America (Broomfield, Colo.) named Todd Schwarzenbach chief customer officer.

Nibco Inc. (Elkhart, Ind.) promoted Colin Crain to vice president of specialty and retail sales.

Airzone Control (Malaga, Spain) announced partnerships with six HVACR manufacturers’ representative firms in the U.S.

Ecoer HVAC Systems (Plano, Texas) relocated its headquarters from Virginia and named Jack Ernest vice president of sales.

Malco Tools Inc. (Annandale, Minn.) earned a Top Workplaces Award from USA Today (McLean, Va.).

 

COMMERCIAL CONTRACTORS

Armistead Mechanical Inc. (Waldwick, N.J.) won a Safety Excellence Award, offered jointly by Mechanical Contractors Association of America (Rockville, Md.) and CNA Financial Corp. (Chicago).

 

SCHOOLS

The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association Technical Education Center (Middletown, Pa.) graduated 16 students from its HVAC & Energy Professional Program.

 

CONTRACTOR SERVICES

Interplay Learning (Austin, Texas) was named one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes (Jersey City, N.J.).
