SAN DIEGO — Housecall Pro, which offers a software platform for more than 200,000 home service professionals, will host its virtual Spring Summit 2025 on Thursday, May 29.
Open and free to all home service professionals, the one-day event is an opportunity to build smarter, grow faster, and scale sustainably at every size and stage, a press release from Housecall Pro said.
Themed around the journey of the trades business owner, the Summit will feature four educational tracks — Build, Grow, Scale, and AI — designed to help professionals build foundations, processes, and a culture for growth. Attendees will join expert-led sessions, connect with peers in live networking rooms, and walk away with practical strategies and the latest artificial intelligence solutions from Housecall Pro, the press release said.
Jocko Willink, a retired Navy SEAL and the author of “Extreme Ownership,” will deliver a keynote on leadership and discipline.
“Results don’t happen by chance,” said Willink. “They happen through discipline, through systems, and through tools that deliver. Tools that propel you beyond your competition. … Those are the tools you’ll get your hands on at the Housecall Pro Spring Summit 2025.”
The Summit’s sessions will include:

Attendees will also get live demonstrations of Housecall Pro’s newest features, which were created with input from customers. These will include the HCP Cam and upgraded photo tools for video checklists and job documentation; a Spanish-language mobile app that allows crews to work in their preferred language; and a Marketing Center that now houses reviews, online booking, and soon, postcard campaigns.
