SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA) has launched what it calls a comprehensive training platform that will help HVAC distributors and their sales teams deliver greater value to the contractors they serve.
HVAC Distributor University, built on years of distributor-focused training programs, is tailored to the needs of distributor sales teams — combining on-demand online courses with optional in-person and virtual training workshops to create a flexible, scalable learning system, a press release from EGIA said.
