Carlisle, PA – The annual Carlisle GM Nationals car show has seen a notable increase in interest from attendees who flock to Carlisle each summer. Vendors, show car owners, and spectators alike have taken notice of the event’s growth, with many saving the date months in advance for the June 20–21, 2025, showcase. There are several reasons for this enthusiasm, including two standout special displays and four unique “shows within the show” planned on the National Parts Depot Showfield.

As special displays go, 2025 highlights 70 Years of Tri-Fives, 55 Years of Monte Carlo, 40 Years of the IROC-Z. These milestones celebrate two iconic eras of automotive history, sparking increased interest in this year’s event. The Tri-Five, a legendary part of Chevrolet’s history spanning 1955–1957, includes the iconic One-Fifty, Two-Ten, Bel Air, and Nomad models, as well as lesser-known sub-models like the Delray coupe and the Handyman, Townsman, and Beauville wagons. This tribute will feature a variety of activities, including a Tri-Five parade, seminars, and vendors.

Meanwhile, the IROC-Z celebrates four decades of dominating the pony car market. Two distinct displays will honor this model: one in Building T, showcasing primarily stock, rare, and historic examples, and another under a nearby tent as part of the Third-Generation Camaro and Firebird Nationals show within the show. The latter will spotlight modified and custom IROC-Zs. Attendees can also look forward to special guest speakers, engaging seminars, and more.
For the Monte Carlo lovers trekking to Carlisle, expect to see some great examples of builds between its original run from 1970-1988, then again from 1995-2007. This includes showcasing some of the ways its production left a mark, including aerodynamic advances, stock car racing, and more. The Monte Carlo 55th will be supported by relevant car clubs and activities too.

One Show within the Show has already been mentioned, that being the Third-Generation Camaro and Firebird Nationals, but there’s even more in store for enthusiasts at the 2025 Carlisle GM Nationals. Alongside incredible Third-Gen vehicles, showgoers can explore Novas at Carlisle presented National Nostalgic Nova and Corvettes for Chip. These galleries will be complemented by judged and non-judged Showfield participants, ensuring something for every GM fan.
