Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.
Mike returned after a well-deserved vaction and got back to the business of delivering Corvette dreams! Mike kicks off this week’s recap with photos from the Bowling Green Fire Department’s annual gala where they gave away a new Corvette Stingray with VIN 911. Kudos to Mike for arranging the allocation and scoring a great VIN for the BGFD! I’m back in this one as well after leaving a review for Mike and also posting it to dealer rater. Yes, I am just slightly biased, but Mike also understood the assignment…this was my first Corvette purchase and he coached me through process culminating in a great delivery. Thanks again, Mike and I see what did there behind the license plate! And finally, Mike has put together some great vintage and throwback pics so let us know your favorites in the comments below!

~It’s like a Corvette show every day here at Criswell Chevrolet of Gaithersburg, MD. On the showroom floor, Delivery area or the 2-3 full truckloads that arrive each week from Bowling Green…and even my own home garage.
I always enjoy the visits from far away Corvette clubs and fellow enthusiasts. I even had a group from Norway stop by a few years ago. The Corvette Club of Buffalo (360 miles away) stopped by a dozen years ago and I gave them a tour and goodie bags. Several members from that club ended up ordering their Corvettes from me.
The celebration of America’s #1 Sports car occurs daily with me at Criswell Chevrolet.

~ C8 Corvette Deliveries for the week
~A local Virginia businessman has bought many vehicles here at Criswell Chevrolet of Gaithersburg, MD and he was looking forward to driving his new Riptide Blue 2025 Corvette ERAY convertible with two tone Sky cool gray/Black interior. The Eray polished wheels look really good especially in the sun light. The red calipers pop behind the wheels.
~Dan W. of Arizona and Maryland factory ordered his new Arctic White 2025 Corvette Z06 Convt from me and I had it drop shipped for courtesy delivery to his local Chevrolet dealer in Phoenix, AZ. Yesterday his son got the opportunity to pick it up and drive it home for his Father. Their family have been buying vehicles (mainly Corvettes) since the late 1980’s from me. I’ve lost track how many but somewhere between 30-40 over the last 35+ years. Equipment:2LZ, GT2 buckets, Chrome badges, bright red calipers, black exhaust tips, Jake C8R graphics pkg, bright polished with CF black painted pocket wheels, torch red seatbelts and much more!
~Marcie and Kirby M. of Manakin Sabot, Virginia took delivery today of their 4th Corvette from me, just 47 days ago they took delivery of a 2024 and someone made them an offer they couldn’t refuse. I put their order in for the Red Mist 2025 Corvette Convertible and today was delivery day. Good friend to all, Jeremy Welborn of Lawton, Oklahoma (has bought 6+ Corvettes and trucks from me) flew in to join his good friends and Carlton (Mr AEROLARRI) also was in attendance. Fun was had by all for Marcie’s delivery, Corvette ownership #15 for the Virginia couple.
