CEO Warrior Opens August Seminar to Non-Members

EATONTOWN, N.J. — CEO Warrior, a business training, coaching, and implementation organization for the owners of service businesses, will open its Road Warrior seminar to non-members and will host this training event Tuesday, Aug. 12, through Thursday, Aug. 14, at the company’s headquarters in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Road Warrior is a three-day training event designed for field and service agents who spend most of their working day on the road and in customer homes. The seminar’s objective is to help field and service technicians enhance the overall customer experience by better explaining the work to be performed, identifying future product and service needs, and properly representing the company’s brand, a CEO Warrior press release said.

“Normally, we reserve this type of proven home-service business coaching for our CEO Warrior members,” said CEO Warrior CEO Scott August. “But this time, we decided we wanted to give non-members the opportunity to work with our team of industry experts to master their skills. This way they get to experience the type of hands-on training their entire team could receive as CEO Warrior partners.”

CEO Warrior master advisors Jason Noel and Kevin Hill will lead the training, which will be designed for multi-discipline home-service companies.

Participants will learn how to prepare for visits to client homes, set expectations and prepare for the unexpected, provide customers with the right solutions while fulfilling the needs of the employer, and educate homeowners by proactively providing valuable knowledge and resources, the press release said.

“This is not lecture-based learning,” August said. “At CEO Warrior, we believe most people learn by doing, and participants will spend the majority of their time at Road Warrior practicing and honing their skills.”

The Road Warrior event is included with a CEO Warrior membership and is $1,997 per person for non-members. There is also a CEO Warrior rate at several area hotels for participants. For more information about the event, or to register, visit this site.
