Only one module at a time can send/receive signal. The CEM is the brains of the operation. The CEM will send out a handshake to talk to a module. The module will report back or do what the CEM ask of it. Only one module at a time communicates on the network. All other modules are silent, shut up, not communicating. All of this takes place in ms, 5K to 25K messages a second can take place.
CAN wiring is always twisted pair wires. Voltage on High speed can be 2.0 to 3.5 volts. Voltage in Mid and Low speed can be 1.5 to 2.5 volts. With all of your codes, something has shorted out or interfered with the Mid speed CAN system. KOEO, test voltage at DLC, 17/3 pin 3 and pin 11. If you have 0 or 12 volts, anything below 1.5 or above 3.0, the logic is to shut down the affected modules until the problem is fixed.
The system cannot tell where the problem is located, there is enough information to know what and where to start looking for trouble. Each CAN High and CAN Mid have 2 wires for each circuit. The same message is sent/received on each twisted pr wire set. This is to confirm, check that the same message was sent/received. CEM pins C1:49 and C1:50 sends out voltage for all of the modules and communications.
C1:49 Communication CAN H Low speed bus During communication the voltage is 2.0 – 3.5 V
C1:50 Communication CAN L Low speed bus During communication the voltage is 1.5 – 2.5 V
I have seen on many P2 cars, not P3 cars where cup holder soft drink spills down into the SRS brain connector. Dried sugar water soft drink gunk conducts electric current. Gunk in the SRS connector will conduct 12 volts into CAN wires and shut the system down. First step is to see if you have a voltage different in the CAN wires at the OBD connector. Alternator 6/26, ACM is on the LIN network. It should not affect your codes. The good thing is that you have VIDA. In the last pic, open up design and function. Follow the red arrows. This will explain in detail about how everything function and works on Volvo cars.
It is weird that the problem goes away after driving the car for a minute or so. Check the above info and read thru design and function.
Under initial state, clicking on each code will display more info about that code.
That is where CEM-U001000 info below is from. Under Fault trace, Diag trouble codes, it will display all codes for each module and infor for that code. Report back will OBD CAN voltage and driving after a minute or so. With the help of everyone here on SwedeSpeed and possibly xemodex.com, we will fix this issue. volvodiag.com for 2005-2014 wiring diagrams.

CEM-U001000 Medium Speed CAN Communication Bus. General Failure Information. No sub type information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CEM-U001000
Condition
The control modules transmit and receive information via a standardized serial communication method – CAN (Control Area Network).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
Communication on the CAN network is interrupted by another control module on the CAN network or by the control module’s own message causing interference on the CAN network.
The control module’s test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
Starting the control module’s CAN communication.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute value
Control module shuts itself off (“bus-off”).
Hint:
Control module will remain shut off until the power supply is broken (15, 30, X). When the power supply is connected the control module will make a new attempt to communicate.
Possible source
Short-circuit or open-circuit on the control area network (CAN).
Internal fault in the control module.
Internal fault in another control module in the same part of the control area network (CAN).
Fault symptom
No gages operating
Instrument lighting not operating
Cannot be operated by remote control
Data link connector
The data link connector is located in the passenger compartment near the driver’s station, cables for high-speed side (HS CAN) and middle-speed side (MS CAN) are connected to the data link connector.
Pin 3 MS CAN (middle-speed side) (H-cable)
Pin 4 Chassis ground
Pin 5 Signal ground
Pin 6 HS CAN (high-speed side) (H-cable)
Pin 11 MS CAN (middle-speed side) (L-cable)
Pin 14 HS CAN (high-speed side) (L-cable)
Pin 16 Voltage feed
