- The Bugatti Tourbillon is said to be available with an optional Equipe Pur Sang package.
- The configuration adds visual upgrades, including 8 tailpipes and extra fins on the rear wing.
- The package reportedly adds $240k to the $4 million starting price of the Bugatti Tourbillon.
Bugatti is no stranger to spoiling its customers with extensive customization options and, in some cases, bespoke features that make each hypercar truly unique. The latest example is the Tourbillon, which is reportedly available with a new “Equipe Pur Sang” package that adds an eye-catching eight tailpipes along with other exclusive visual tweaks.

Although Bugatti has yet to officially announce the Tourbillon Equipe Pur Sang package, renderings have already surfaced online, allegedly straight from the brand’s configurator.

The leaked images were shared on Instagram by @bugattitourbillon.registry and reveal several exterior and interior enhancements. These upgrades are reserved for those willing to check the right boxes, adding yet another layer of exclusivity to an already rare vehicle.
An Exhausting Statement
The standout feature is undoubtedly the eight exhaust pipes—four on each side—replacing the standard Tourbillon’s dual tailpipe setup. If these renderings are accurate, this would mark the highest number of tailpipes ever fitted to a Bugatti, surpassing even the six tailpipes on the 2021 La Voiture Noire and the 1938 Type 57 Atlantic Coupe.

Sharper Looks and Distinctive Details
Beyond the extravagant exhaust configuration, the Equipe Pur Sang package includes a redesigned front bumper with reshaped intakes and a more streamlined splitter. At the rear, the hypercar sports a body-colored diffuser and subtle fins on the sides of the adaptive rear wing.
The model shown in the renderings appears to be finished in a Matt Red with exposed carbon fiber accents. Adding to the exclusivity, the Equipe Pur Sang logo is prominently displayed at the base of the horseshoe grille and on the rear wing. This naming choice echoes the Veyron 16.4 Pur Sang, although this new version adopts a more subdued, matte finish.

Inside, Bugatti designers have added Equipe Pur Sang badges on the headrests and the dashboard, and a new Aerolithe color for the upholstery. The latter is combined with a Matt Vermillion and a Matt Red finish for the carbon fiber, joined by matching stitching.
There is no word on any performance upgrades over the standard Tourbillon, which is good for a combined 1,775 hp (1,324 kW / 1,800 PS) from a naturally aspirated 8.3-liter V16 and a trio of electric motors.
According to the Instagram page that shared the new spec, the Equipe Pur Sang option adds $250,000 to the €3.8 million ($4 million) price of the Bugatti Tourbillon. If this is true, the package alone costs more than a brand-new Porsche 911 GT3 which currently starts at $224k in the US market. However, it does make the Tourbillon a little bit more special, something that is important for Bugatti buyers.
It will be interesting to see how many of the 250 Tourbillon owners will get the Equipe Pur Sang version, and whether Bugatti offers other similarly intriguing options in its configurator.
