Blake Albers is a fifth-generation Nebraska cattleman and the founder of Albers Craft Meats, a premium meat business specializing in high-quality Nebraska beef and prepped proteins. Rooted in his family’s farming tradition, Blake blends ethical farming practices with innovative approaches to meet the needs of modern consumers. His company’s signature Prepped Proteins line offers convenient, high-quality meal solutions that prioritize sustainability without compromising flavor.
Blake earned a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, equipping him with the expertise to navigate agricultural markets. In 2018, he co-founded Lot 279 Craft Meats, a boutique brand that began as a local Butcher shop and is now providing small-batch processing for like minded producers.
