Dude! This car is awesome! I’m a lover of so many long roof cars, aka station wagons, and can tell you that this thing here is a special machine. We’re talking about a 1970 Chevrolet Kingswood Estate which is the biggest station wagon Chevrolet made in 1970 and also one of the highest trim packages. When you combine that with the 454 big block under the hood, and the 12-bolt rearend, it’s a beast that most folks couldn’t resist. But when you also combine the 9 passenger option, it just takes it to another level.
If you thought that three row seating was something started by mid size SUV builders a few years ago, think again. Fullsize stations wagons in the United States had three row seating options in the 1960’s!
I need another project like a hole in the head, but I sure hope someone calls Chad to buy this one here! All the info is in the video and description below.
