Goodguys Columbus 2025 Car Show Video: Street Machine and Street Rod of the Year Crowned in Ohio, And Tons Of Awesome Hot Rods!
John Jackson was at the Goodguys PPG Nationals in Columbus and has a great video showing all kinds of cool rides, along with Street Machine and Street Rod of the Year contenders! These are a big deal, and are just two of the awards that make Goodguys Columbus the biggest and baddest of their events each year. Well once again rain couldn’t damper the spirits of custom car enthusiasts at a fairgrounds in the Midwest. haha
The weekend started with Goodguys having to call an audible and move a ton of stuff around because of construction at the fairgrounds getting ready for the Ohio State Fair.
This was the 27th running of this iconic car show that features great hotrods and classic cars from all over the country. The main focus this weekend was the competition for Street Rod of the Year and Street Machine of the Year that was won by the guys from Rad Rides, and Dutch Boys HotRods respectively. Rad Rides brought their completely handmade 1936 Ford that won Americas Most Beautiful Roadster earlier this year(We have full videos in bare metal and finished here on the channel) Dutch Boys Brought Angelo Vespis Buick GNX (again another completely hand built car that I was lucky enough to photograph in bare metal) and it was fresh off a win taking Best Car at the Rick Ross Show and one of their prestigious diamond encrusted keys.
I am super blessed to be able to travel all over the country, and photograph these great cars as well as now providing videos behind the scenes.
