Check out all the info below and let us know what you think.

New Ridetech Adjustable Front Sway Bar for 1979-1993 Ford Mustang

Ridetech is pleased to announce the release of their adjustable front sway bar for the 1979-1993 Ford Mustang platform.

Ridetech recently livened up the Fox Body community with the release of their SLA (Short Long Arm) front suspension and bolt-in IRS and adjustable rear sway bar for the popular platform. These parts all work in tandem with Ridetech’s well-known Fox Factory coil-overs and ShockWave air shocks to best the competition. Their new adjustable front sway bar completes Ridetech’s Fox Body suspension improvements, allowing enthusiasts to fine-tune the balance of their front suspension setup.

While any stock style sway bar should work with our SLA setup, this new adjustable bent blade style design boasts three selectable bar rates (see below for bar rates). This is desirable for those looking to fine-tune vehicle balance for multiple disciplines like street performance, autocross, or road course track days, allowing you to match weight transfer to your driving style. This sway bar was developed on Ridetech’s recently completed Fox Body Race car, establishing the design approach and functionality for any of the above uses.

The sway bar comes complete with all installation hardware including the mounts, low friction bushings, billet aluminum mounts and adjustable end links.

If you already have our bolt-in IRS cradle and are looking at this bar to complement the setup, we highly recommend considering the optional adjustable rear sway bar designed to work directly with that setup for even more adjustability.
