Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, has launched its latest 3S centre in Penang. Completed with an investment of RM16.6 million, it is the largest Ford 3S centre in the state and joins the company’s network of outlets servicing the northern region.
Featuring a built-up area of 46,000 square feet, the facility boasts the brand’s signature identity and has a showroom area capable of displaying six vehicles. There is also dedicated vehicle delivery room, while aftersales is supported by 16 service bays and a spare parts centre. A team of 38 highly trained sales and aftersales consultants are on hand to serve customers.
“This showroom reflects our dedicated efforts to continuously raise the bar for our customers. Expanding our network will enable us to ensure that the Ford experience is more accessible in the northern region, providing an unparalleled ownership journey,” said Jeffrey Gan, managing director of Southeast Asia, Sime Motors.

There’s also a separate body and paint centre located about seven km from the 3S centre at 11A, Jalan Saga Jaya 1, Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya, 13600 Perai, Penang, which provides vehicle body repair, spray painting, windscreen replacement and polishing services. This facility with its five service bays has the capacity to service up to 20 vehicles for body repair per month.
Auto ConneXion’s latest Ford 3S centre is located at Lot 6984, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. The showroom operates from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday and from 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sundays and public holidays. Aftersales services are available from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
