Jonathan Kriegel a Senior Director at APTelecom, bringing decades of leadership experience in telecommunications, digital transformation, and business development. Before joining APTelecom, he served as CEO of DOCOMO Digital, where he led the strategic turnaround and successful sale of the company. From 2014 to 2018, he was the CEO of DOCOMO Pacific, overseeing the integration and expansion of mobile and fixed telecommunications services in Guam and the Northern Marianas. Prior to that, Jonathan spent 15 years at Vodafone Group, holding executive roles in corporate development, governance, and strategy across Asia and the Americas. He also held senior positions at First Pacific Company Limited and AirTouch Communications, focusing on telecommunications investments and operations. Jonathan began his career in commercial banking before transitioning to the wireless telecommunications industry in 1990. He holds a BA in History from Pomona College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Alex Chace is a Program Director at APTelecom, where he leads feasibility studies for international subsea telecommunications projects, assessing their economic, technical, and regulatory viability. He also develops strategic implementation plans and manages federal capacity-building grants to support digital infrastructure and workforce development. In addition to his role at APTelecom, Chace is an Adjunct Professor of Management at Bryant University, where he teaches business fundamentals and global strategy. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA in International Business from Bryant University. During his graduate studies, he interned with the U.S. Department of State, supporting public diplomacy initiatives at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan.
