The wonderful Salon Privé 2025 car show is almost here. The show will take place from Wednesday 27th to Sunday 31st August at the beautiful and historically significant Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England. It is the seat of the Dukes of Marlborough. Called Blenheim Castle initially, it has been known as Blenheim Palace since the 19th century.
This years event is the 20th anniversary edition, so the main news is the new 5000m glass gallery the’ve built across the centre of the lawn – the only luxury outdoor automotive garden party with proper, luxury wet weather cover. This will accommodate all of the 27 Auto brands / 48 models on display. Sounds super cool.
There will be classic car brands on the lawn along with 39 Luxury brands. Richard Hammond (him of Top Gear and The Grand Tour will be present on Sunday as one of judges for the Lifestyle Club Trophy. At the time of writing there are currently at 650 cars entered – 750 was target, but still growing.
Event organisers tell me that both Saturday and Sunday tickets capped at 8,000 this year, as last year was too busy. Saturday now sold out and Sunday looking very strong.

Salon Privé really is one of our very favourite classic car shows. Some would say (and be right) that this is a unique event, others would say it’s a “not to be missed” event. Some would also say it’s the best classic car event in the UK, if not the world, and we believe it would be hard to argue against this. With car firsts and UK first unveilings it’s a wonderful event for sure.

I can tell you one thing, of all the car events that we attend yearly, and in all our life (to date), this event is the one I will bend over backwards to always attend. I love this car show. The venue is exquisite and I’d never get tired of being in such wonderful surroundings.
