Step 1: Remove Floor Panels/Sound Deadening.
If your wagon is anything like mine it’s cargo area will look something like this:
To remove the panels all you need to do is flip them up and pull them firmly out of their hinge clips. Next you will need to remove the sound deadening, grocery tray/subwoofer, and the two brackets holding in the rear floor panel. If you have a subwoofer at this point you should seriously question yourself on why you would want to get rid of it. Anyway, after this your trunk should look a lot like this:
Step 2: Panel Removal
In order to access certain bolts and install the seat belts you must remove the side panels and roof panels pictured. To remove them you must first fold down the seats and remove the fuse box access covers. Next the side panels are held on with one 10mm bolt and the roof panels are held in with one torx bit. After these are removed they are quite easy to pull of and can be set to the Side

Step 3: Black Mounting Panel Removal.
Next you will need to remove the Black mounting panels under the floor in order to install the brackets for the seat bottom folding mechanism. They are held in with 3 10mm bolts and and will each expose part of the rear body harness like so:
After this you can pull up on the body harness to expose the bolt holes. This is then the final step of deconstruction and your cargo bay will look something like this
.
Step 4: Seat Belt Buckles and Brackets.
Next you will need to install the seat belt buckles and brackets for the seat bottom.
The buckles use 2 14mm bolts and there will be two covers indicating the hole location.
The brackets are then installed under the body harness. Each is held in with a single 14mm bolt. After tightening it down you may re-secure the body harness and install the third row specific black plastic floor supports over them.
Step 5. Seat Back
To install the seat back make sure the hinges are in the folded down position. Next line up the rearmost holes with where the brackets previously holding the floor were and along the other bracket holes with the preexisting holes in the floor. 3 14mm bolts are used per side however at this point only use two as one of the 3 is longer and is used to hold in the seat belt later.
Step 6: Seat Belts.
To install the seat belts First locate the mounting bolts for the reel behind where the side panels go and remove the perforated part of the sound deadening:
Next use a 14mm bolt to mount the reel:
Next use another 14mm bolt to install the upper point of the belt into the same hole the net mounting point is bolted to.
Lastly, you will use the longest 14mm bolt to install the seat belt to the middle hole of the seat back hinge:
Step 7: Floor and Seat Bottom.
Before installing the seat bottom it is best to install the floor. It uses the same twist mounts the grocery tray does and two pop-clips along the leading edge of the tailgate.
Next, use two 14mm bolts to secure the folding mechanism on the seat to the bracket we previously installed. It is much easier to do this when the seat is in the open position.
Step 8. Finishing Touches.
The final part of the kit uses two covers for the seat back hinge. These easily slide in place and are held in with one torx bit:
After this you can fold the seat down and install the three new pieces of floor, all of which are held in with pop-clips. After that you can install the side panels and roof panels we removed earlier. It would like to note that while it is easier to install new panels with cutouts for the seat belts this isn’t necessary as there are outlines on the back of the original panels that you can use as a guide for a dremel. In the end your cargo bay should now look like this.
(Note: I am missing a seat belt as one of the ones I got was defective.)
