More: Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Goes Full Attack Mode With New Precision Package
Inspired by the same bespoke creation process that spawns the ultra-luxury Celestiq, Curated by Cadillac aims to set a “new standard in personalized luxury.” As part of this effort, the CT5-V Blackwing offers extensive customization, aided by a dedicated concierge.
Personalized guidance
Each member of the concierge team has a design background and will work with clients to bring their unique vehicle to life. Cadillac didn’t delve into many specifics, but said customers will find an expanded color palette that includes more than 160 options. That’s up from the usual nine colors, and each car will be “hand-built” at the Artisan Center in Warren, Michigan.
In addition to custom paint, the car will feature an expanded selection of interior colors and materials. These can be “mixed and matched in millions of different combinations to deliver an interior environment as individual and unique as each client.”
In the case of the show car, the model has black and red leather seats with white contrast stitching and red piping. They’re joined by a unique backrest that features stitched V-like accents.
How much does it cost?
The Curated by Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing will celebrate its debut at Monterey Car Week, and pricing will start at approximately $158,000. That’s roughly $56,000 more than the regular model, and each features a powerful V8 developing 668 hp (498 kW / 677 PS) and 659 lb-ft (892 Nm) of torque.
