Volvo V70 2004 D5 random stalls (fuel pump replaced) | SwedeSpeed

Hello i have a problem with our Volvo V70 D5 2004.
When i traveled on highway car stalled all of sudden, throttle not working dying in neutral then i could not even start the car.
This happened twice only on highway (had to tow it or wait to next day).

After that in city when my father was driving it was totally fine after first occurrence.

2nd time it happened after 2 days being parked at gas station we came with charged battery (since i drained it when i was trying to start it) car was able to start i put gas to at least half and was able to drive home fine while avoiding highway just to be sure.
After second time it happened we replaced fuel pump (the old died).

Now even weirder thing is going on, car randomly stalls after like 10 minutes of driving or idling (sometimes it will start once or twice but then nothing just cranking sound, next day or few days later will start). Battery was freshly charged. The mechanic ran a diagnostics and there was fuel pressure too low and fuel pressure to high.

I ordered JS2534 and hook up the VIDA2014d there was “ECM-2503 Fuel Pressure – Too low pressure” in initial state. After erasing codes and starting the car like vida recommended i read codes in “Delivery” tab and there was nothing regarding fuel system even after it stalled randomly when idling in garage. Only air quality sensor internal fault (CCM-0021) and clutch position sensor – faulty signal (ECM-930A) (i did live scan of the clutch sensor and it showed correct values when i pressed it).

Im desperate we dont know where the issue might be. Fuel pump is brand new we replaced fuel pressure sensor from another v70 which had brand new sensor and same issue. My father replaced some air tubes and return fuels tubes just to be sure. I checked the fuses and relays under the hood (swapped the relays with same number which was for the fuel pump). VIDA is not showing any new errors. When i put the key in 2nd position i hear the pump running but it should stop after like 10s or so right ? but its on for like 40s maybe a minute.

I read all the articles and youtube videos i could find about the issue but still cant figure it out.
I checked if it has PEM which was mentioned a lot of times but we didnt find it. We checked under the car nothing near tank or fuel filter nowhere at all. We checked the behind the spare wheel like i saw in some xc70 picture but nothing. When i reviewed the parts catalog in vida and went through fuel system there was no PEM in pictures.

Any ideas ? Thanks
