Coop R’s 2007 S60R Build | SwedeSpeed

Hey guys, so a little bit about me. I’ve got an electric silver 2007 S60R auto that I love a lot and ideally want to get to 400awp reliably. I just graduated highschool and got married so cash is a little thin. I want the most cost effective although I know you get what you pay for and don’t necessarily want to cheap out so It will be a slow process (not nearly as fast moving at Travis’ build 😂) It currently has 215k miles (208 when I bought it) and a few minor issues but I’m determined.
Here she is

The service records from the previous owners was about half the width of a bible so I know a lot but not enough about the car.
What I know she’s had done:
Has an IPD boost gauge
3in down pipe to 2.5 exhausts
New wheels and tires (more on that later…)
Some snabb intake piping and IPD IC piping? Still confused on that one is, guess I’ll find out when I give her a good look around.
ECU was flashed due to TB issues from a shop so it now has a light tune.
Drilled and slotted rotors
Aftermarket suspension although what kind I don’t know. Looks to me like it’s been lowered an inch.

Work that needs to be done:
PCV needs a good clean soon. Not getting white clouds out the tail yet, but my TB is starting to give out slowly as well.
Just cracked the vacuum line to my boost gauge. Was put in 100k miles ago so the lines are all brittle.
Desperately need to fix my suspension/balance issue.

So when I bought the car, I test drove it in an unfamiliar place where the speed limit was 40 so I never fully brought it up to speed but it felt much nicer than my then 2005 Honda Pilot so I bought it. Later I found out on the 6hr drive home that when you go 60-70 the car along with the steering wheel vibrates like crazy. I figured it was a balance issue but then I pulled the pegs off and it wasn’t pretty.

I drove home on these and lived. Only showed two of the pegs but they’re all bent, been plasti dipped and then stripped off again. (Okay pics won’t load, but the steel is showing in the tires. All 4 pegs and square) The tires were shot as there it some slight negative camber in the rears although I highly doubt that’s the cause considering it’s only -1.5 or -1.2.I had to get new wheels and tires but that still didn’t fix it. I then had them rebalanced and the shop that put them on was an Oz off… won’t be returning to them. That helped a small amount but the shaking was still there. I then put poly inserts in the subframe bushings and man that helped a lot. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but probably 70% better. Anyways upon further inspection, the rubber in my control arms are shot so those are on back order now but hopefully that solves it.
The turbo seems to be in decent condition considering it’s been 215k miles and I’ve seen nothing in the service records about it.
Transmission also feels in immaculate condition considering Aisin never rated it for the power of the Rs lol.
So really, what I want to know is what should I do first? I know I need to get a good stage 0 in first and fix those issues but I mean in terms of performance. Wondering if I should do a the Do88 IC first (if there’s not one already installed? I doubt it but the piping has be confused) or fuel injectors + pump. If I do the fuel stuff first what cc injectors for 400awhp and will I need to tune immediately after that or can I do other mods first and wait? Cost effective tuning lol. I’m new to this so I don’t know if it’s a one time purchase for tuning with support of if you need to pay up every time you get an upgrade without going to the next stage? Stuck between Hilton and contrast for tuning. It’s winter time in VA (actually just had our first now hahaaa) and it’s my daily driver so keep that in mind. Or maybe I’m a retarded 19 year old tryna take on a project way over my head 😁. If you guys can help out in anyway, that’d be great y’all. Unfortunately I don’t have Stealthy or Red Devils money or time. Slowly but surely we’ll get there!
