If you’re a fan of loud, rowdy, full-blown street machines, then Indy’s ProStreet Invasion 2024 in Danville, Indiana, was the place to be. Held over the weekend of September 6-8, this event brought out some of the gnarliest ProStreet builds from across the Midwest and beyond. We’re talking about tubbed-out muscle cars, fat rear tires, custom chassis work, and engines that shake the ground. Pure power and pure attitude.
What Went Down in Danville
Set in the heart of Indiana, the town of Danville turned into a horsepower haven for three days straight. The event had a little bit of everything—burnouts, car show vibes, and just the right amount of chaos that makes the ProStreet scene so fun to be a part of. Whether you rolled in with a slick build or just came to hang out and hear some V8s scream, it was hard not to smile all weekend.
Everywhere you looked, there were blown Camaros, old-school Novas, big-block Chevelles, and even a few out-of-the-box builds that pushed the limits of what ProStreet can be. The builds were serious, but the atmosphere was all about fun, friendship, and shared passion for tire-shredding muscle.
Why ProStreet Still Rules
ProStreet isn’t just a look—it’s a lifestyle. This event proved that the culture is still going strong. These aren’t trailer queens. Most of the cars at the Invasion were built to cruise, race, and raise a little hell. It’s about keeping hot rodding alive with a raw, unapologetic edge.
And the community? Top notch. Builders were more than happy to pop their hoods, answer questions, and talk about the insane amount of work that goes into building these beasts.
Looking Ahead to 2025
If Indy’s ProStreet Invasion 2024 was any sign of what’s coming, next year is going to be even wilder. More builds. More burnout smoke. More horsepower. If you’re into street machines that make no apologies, mark your calendar for Danville in September 2025—you’re not going to want to miss it.
