Freelancer & PR Curator – Events, Fashion, Hospitality & Luxury Sectors
Racha Fakhreddine’s story is one of bold reinvention, cultural agility, and unwavering purpose. Born and raised in the spirited heart of Beirut, she was shaped by the energy of a city rich in history and complexity. She studied at International College (IC), then pursued her passion for education at the American University of Beirut (AUB), earning a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology. With a natural gift for connecting with young minds, she began her career teaching at her alma mater—planting seeds of curiosity and confidence in her students. But Racha’s ambitions were bigger than the classroom. In 2014, she founded Super Me, the first edutainment center of its kind in the Middle East—a vibrant, child-focused space designed to spark imagination, creativity, and emotional growth. What started as a local initiative quickly became a regional benchmark for how learning and play could coexist meaningfully. Her work wasn’t just changing the way children learned—it was reshaping what education could look like across the region. Yet, just as her vision was gaining traction, Lebanon’s economic and political crises intensified. Seeking stability and new opportunity, Racha made the difficult decision to leave Beirut behind. Her journey took her first to Dubai, then to Riyadh during the height of the pandemic. The relocations weren’t easy—each city came with a steep learning curve, new rhythms, and unfamiliar expectations. But through every disruption, she discovered something deeper within herself: a fierce adaptability and an unshakable sense of purpose.

It was in Riyadh, after carefully observing the market and sensing a gap in authentic, culturally resonant public relations, that Racha took another leap. She brought KConsultancy—a boutique PR and events agency originally founded in the UAE by Khalil Tawil—into the Saudi scene.

With Racha leading the KSA operations, the agency quickly began crafting memorable campaigns across fashion, hospitality, F&B, and luxury, elevating both global and local brands while maintaining a keen eye for relevance and resonance. Under her leadership, KConsultancy has grown not just in scope, but in spirit—rooted in the belief that stories told well can shape communities, markets, and minds.

Throughout her journey, Racha has embraced the art of starting over, time and time again. Alone in new countries, navigating cultural and professional landscapes, she found strength in solitude and purpose in uncertainty. She often says, “Home isn’t always a place—it can be a mission.” Her lived experience has taught her that your name and your integrity are the most valuable things you carry with you, and empathy is not just a leadership skill—it’s a superpower.

Beyond business, Racha is passionate about mentoring the next generation of creatives and PR professionals, especially women entering industries traditionally guarded by gatekeepers. She shares her knowledge freely, helping young talents access platforms, partners, and opportunities they never thought possible.

Her greatest pride is watching those she’s mentored walk confidently into spaces they once feared were off-limits—only to find out they belonged there all along.

Racha’s story is still unfolding, but what’s clear is this: she didn’t wait for the world to make room for her. She moved forward anyway—one pivot, one passion, and one purpose at a time. For every young dreamer wondering if they’re ready, her message is simple: You don’t need permission. You need courage. And you already have that.
