For Sale: 2007 Volvo XC90 V8 – 94,500 Miles – Magic Blue | SwedeSpeed

After 10 years of ownership, the time has sadly come to part ways with our much-loved family hauler. Heidi as she has become affectionately known is a Volvo XC90 V8 in the hard to find shade of Magic Blue Metallic with a barely broken in mileage of 94,500 miles (5k average per year). We are the 2nd owners, we acquired the car with a full main dealer service history and for the entirety of our ownership has been fastidiously maintained by the same Volvo specialist (VC Automotive in NJ). All maintenance has been completed on time and per Volvo’s service schedule intervals with regular oil changes every 3000 miles (all carried out by Volvo specialist, no JiffyLube here)

Key Features & Upgrades:

• R-Design exterior trim this was added by me and as far as I am aware is the only magic blue XC90 wearing R-Design wheels, arches, mirror caps and scuff guards.
• Freshly restored and powder-coated R-Design wheels – excellent condition with brand new TPMS and plenty of life remaining on the tires (work was completed by highly regarded wheel specialist not a cheap-o shop)

Condition:

• Exterior and interior are in good shape with some minor wear and blemishes that are consistent with age.

Known Issues:

• Power System Service light is on – this appeared after the alternator was replaced 7 years ago despite using an OEM alternator. It could be cleared by sending the module to Xemodex, but it has not impacted performance and was never a concern during our ownership.
• Engine Management Light – getting lean codes for Bank 1 & Bank 2, this just happened in the past 3 weeks so I haven’t investigated the issue extensively but it seems like a possible vacuum leak.
• Rear bumper is pretty beat up – have a replacement bumper painted and ready to be installed just never got around to installing it but this will be included in the sale.

This is the longest I have ever owned any vehicle and I know I will regret selling it as soon as it goes but it’s time someone else gets to enjoy her so if you’re looking for an honest, low mileage XC90 V8, this is the car for you! I think I have priced this honestly and fairly with all of the known issues taken into consideration so please don’t waste your time or mine with lowball offers.
