In the heart of Beirut, amid chalkboards and the innocent chatter of children, Suha Eid Takieddine began her journey. Fresh out of university with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut, she found herself drawn to a different calling—one rooted not in numbers, but in nurturing minds. She stepped into her first classroom as a floating teacher, but it didn’t take long for her passion to shine. Her dedication and love for education swiftly earned her a certified teaching role, and so began a lifelong mission to educate, empower, and inspire. But life had other plans. When the unrest in Beirut intensified, Suha made the courageous decision to move to Abu Dhabi to reunite with her husband. Uprooting her life wasn’t easy, but her resilience was unshakable. She stepped right back into the world of education, climbing the ladder from teacher to coordinator to guidance counselor. For over two decades at Rawafed Private School, she became a beacon of support for her students—not just academically, but emotionally and financially. She gave when she could, mentored with compassion, and stood as a steady figure in the lives of hundreds of young minds. Amid the responsibilities of raising two children and navigating full-time work, Suha never stopped learning. In 2013, she earned her Master’s degree in Leadership, Innovation & Change from York St John University in the UK. It was a turning point. That diploma didn’t just mark academic achievement—it was the key that opened doors to the corporate training world. Armed with empathy, eloquence, and expertise, Suha began designing and delivering impactful leadership and soft skills programs for some of the most respected institutions in the UAE, including the Police College, Higher Colleges of Technology, Mubadala, and the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence. Her workshops weren’t just lessons in strategy—they were journeys into self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. And yet, deep inside, Suha harbored a dream—one she nurtured quietly: to start her own training and consultancy firm. She knew the time would come. And when it did, she leapt. But just as that dream began to unfold, life tested her again.

Suha was diagnosed with breast cancer.
What should’ve been a chapter of growth and new beginnings turned into nights of fear, pain, and uncertainty. She returned to Lebanon for treatment, leaving behind her budding business and stepping into one of the toughest battles of her life. But in that darkness, she found a light—a stronger faith, a renewed purpose, and an even deeper gratitude for life.

“I truly believe nothing in life happens without a purpose,” she says. “That moment changed me. It reminded me that even in the hardest battles, strength, love, and hope will carry you through.” Today, Suha is more than a survivor—she is a voice of resilience, a mentor to many, and a woman determined to use her story to lift others. Through her consulting work with Arab Experts Institute and her part-time leadership training with the Abu Dhabi Police College, she continues to sow seeds of confidence, capability, and courage.

Her professional journey has included serving as a career counselor at the American University of Beirut, an academic coordinator and associate director in education, and a corporate trainer at institutions dedicated to progress and excellence. Her skill set spans proactive leadership, strategic planning, soft skills, communication, and organizational development. With over three decades of experience, she remains deeply passionate about mentoring and building future leaders.

Suha’s story is a powerful reminder that dreams don’t expire, even when life throws its hardest challenges. She followed her heart—yes—but she brought her brain, her grit, and her boundless spirit along with it. To the young dreamers out there: Let Suha’s journey be your inspiration. Start where you are. Push forward, even when it’s hard. And never, ever stop believing that your purpose is greater than your pain.

“Always follow your heart, but take your brain with you.” – Suha Eid Takieddine
