Lost all coolant when lower radiator hose slipped off at the radiator – 2005 V70R auto | SwedeSpeed

It looks like the hose clamp was installed on the round section of the rad neck and not on the radiator side far enough. Over time, leaking oil softened up the rad hose rubber and it popped off. The same thing happens to the intercooler turbo hose just below the top of engine oil dipstick tube. If oil vapors drip onto the turbo hose, over time, it will soften up the rubber and eventually dissolve a hole in the hose. Replace the dipstick. The o-rings shrink letting oil vapors to leak out. Hose #5 below is where the dipstick oil will drip onto.
The Volvo clamps are OK to reuse. Volvo clamps are a high-quality German made.
The bottom side of the screw worm will not dig into the rubber hose.
Small Hose #10 behind the head likes to leak. #13 is a one time squeeze clamp. Use a high quality hose clamp.
