Car enthusiasts’ favorite pastime just became competitive.
There’s nothing quite like an online car configurator for many enthusiasts. Especially for ultra-exclusive supercars and hypercars, online configurators give every car enthusiast a chance to discover and show off exactly what materials, finishes, and colors they would choose to match their tastes and personal expression to make their true dream car. The Hennessey Venom F5 is one of the most exclusive hypercars on the market now, with an immense 1,817 horsepower from a twin-turbo V8 and a targeted top speed above 300 mph.
Hennessey has launched a new online configurator for the Venom F5, which can be accessed on Hennessey’s website, which it boasts as the Internet’s “most advanced and sophisticated hypercar specification system,” with incredibly photorealistic renderings. With variants including the track-focused Revolution, the Roadster, and even a version with a manual transmission, fans have been looking for the opportunity to configure their dream groundbreaking all-American hypercar, and Hennessey has delivered with more than 500,000 possible configurations.
To launch the new configurator, Hennessey is launching a design competition. Fans are asked to show off their dream versions of the iconic $3 million hypercar, showcased on the backdrop of Hennessey Performance’s iconic Pennzoil Proving Grounds. The best configurations will win prizes, ranging from exclusive Venom F5 merchandise to an exclusive tour of Hennessey’s headquarters, including an in-person experience of the hypercar. To enter the competition, fans need to share their configuration on Facebook or Instagram, tagging @HennesseySpecialVehicles, @HennesseyPerformance, and @Pennzoil.
With 28 examples already delivered, the new configurator and its exciting competition are opening a new chapter in the legacy of both the already-iconic Hennessey Venom F5 hypercar and Hennessey Performance as a purveyor of pinnacle American performance par excellence.
