Tamara Hirtenlehner’s story is one transformation, and an unwavering passion for helping others. Born in Steyr, Austria, as the eldest of three daughters, she grew up in a nurturing rural environment where her parents instilled in her the values of respect, hard work, and perseverance. While her father’s discipline pushed her to strive for excellence, her mother’s warmth provided the foundation of security and love that shaped her journey. Tamara’s early years took a pivotal turn when her family moved from the peaceful countryside to the city of Steyr. The transition was challenging, requiring her to adapt to a new environment and a different way of life. At just 15, she embarked on her professional journey by enrolling in an apprenticeship as a commercial office assistant—a decision that set the stage for a remarkable career. For two decades, Tamara navigated the private sector, balancing her professional growth with the responsibilities of raising her daughter and son as a single mother. Her ability to juggle both roles with determination and grace speaks to her incredible strength and resilience. After years of dedication in the private sector, Tamara felt the pull of a new challenge—one that aligned with her deep desire to support and uplift others. She transitioned to the public sector and undertook a one-year intensive training program at the Günter Steinbach Academy. This leap led her to a fulfilling role at the Upper Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS), where she found her true calling: guiding and empowering individuals in their professional journeys. For Tamara, this role is more than just a job—it is a mission to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Never one to shy away from growth, Tamara embraced the evolving digital landscape. In October 2023, she embarked on a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Business at Hochschule Burgenland, specializing in Social Media Management and Online Marketing. This new chapter allows her to combine her creativity and expertise, exploring innovative ways to connect, engage, and inspire through digital platforms.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tamara has a deep passion for photography, capturing the beauty of nature and pairing it with uplifting quotes and messages. Through her growing Instagram community, she shares moments of hope and encouragement, offering comfort to those who need it most. Her belief in the healing power of words and images fuels her dedication to creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and inspired.
In addition to her digital and social impact, Tamara and her partner have built a health studio in Steyr Christkindl—an endeavor close to their hearts. As a passionate manager, she leverages her extensive knowledge in body shaping and care to provide personalized guidance and exceptional client experiences. Her professionalism and warmth create an environment where people feel supported in their wellness journeys.
