Evolution Warranties has selected industry charity Ben as its first House charity. As part of the new partnership for 2025, the company’s employees and their families will benefit from free, confidential support offered by Ben.
The company will make substantial donations to Ben throughout the year from activities such as bake sales, raffles and bike rides.
Paul Watson, founder and Chief Trading Officer at Evolution Warranties, said: “It gives me great pleasure to be supporting Ben this year and to be offering an important support service to our employees, some of whom are home-based, which can be lonely and difficult at times.
“It is our duty of care to support these individuals and to offer them genuine help and support that is confidential. Ben understands the industry, its people and the challenges that affect their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
“Additionally, we know that if our employees are well supported, they perform better, have an improved work/life balance and this helps to deliver even stronger business results for us.”
Evolution Warranties employs over 50 dedicated professionals and anticipates growing its workforce to over 100 employees within the next year.
