After much anticipation, I’d like to share with everyone most all of the pictures and a bit of history from my S60R build. There is much more to be said but I’ll try and keep it short.
I first realized I had a cracked block during early summer of 2016, drove it easy as it was until it finally stopped running September that year. I started discussing build options and shops to do the build to try and save some effort and time on my part, eventually got sold to and decided on shipping the car to Rolling Motors LLC in CT.
Shipped the car mid February 2017, and had a finished car ready to drive home a week ago, August 2018. After having the car for a week and already over 1,500 miles on the new build, I can attest to the quality of parts and assembly. The car seems very solid and will hopefully hold up to my daily abuse for years to come.

– 40mm Turbosmart external WG, custom fabbed onto turbine housing
– Spec single mass flywheel
– Spec 3+ clutch
– 750cc fuel injectors
– Aeromotive stealth 340 fuel pump
– Snabb airbox w/ RS4 MAF
– Snabb 4″ turbo inlet kit
– 1″ Kayser diverter valve mounted on the OTE pipe close to the turbo for recirculation
– Angle gear reseal
– Custom fabbed engine mount for turbo clearance
– B&F fabrication – OEM aluminum OTE pipe modification, Custom 3″ downpipe with external WG piping, 3″ resonator delete, stock from resonator delete back
– Stevo – In-car custom road tuned – conservatively tuned for reliability at ~ 400awhp on pump 93
– And of course all of the necessities for assembly and stage 0 in between all of the major components
