McLaren is celebrating its triumphant ninth Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship win with an ultra-exclusive MCL38 Celebration Edition of its Artura and 750S supercars. Limited to just nine examples of each model, this special edition pays homage to McLaren’s motorsport legacy with bespoke liveries, unique design touches, and a piece of history embedded in every car.

A Tribute to Championship Success

McLaren clinched the 2024 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, securing its first title since 1998. With Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri behind the wheel, the McLaren MCL38 delivered an outstanding season, boasting eight pole positions and six race victories. Now, this success is immortalised in the MCL38 Celebration Edition.

Exclusive Design and Personal Touches

Both the Artura and 750S MCL38 Celebration Edition models feature a striking livery curated by McLaren Special Operations. The design echoes McLaren’s signature Papaya Orange and Anthracite colour scheme, enhanced with a chevron transition that embodies the brand’s racing spirit. Additional details include a Champions’ Laurel and Nine-Star logo, as well as orange accents on the bonnet stripe and brake calipers.

Each car carries unique personal touches from McLaren’s Formula 1 drivers. The Visual Carbon Fibre Extended Sill Cover on the driver’s side is personally signed by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, adding an exclusive connection to the championship-winning team.

One of the most remarkable features is the MCL38 dedication plaque, which incorporates a genuine section of carbon fibre bodywork from the 2024 MCL38 Formula 1 car. This rare keepsake ensures that every owner possesses a tangible piece of McLaren’s victorious season.

Interior and Performance Enhancements

Inside, the Celebration Edition continues the motorsport-inspired theme. The Champions’ Laurel is stitched onto the seat headrests, reinforcing the car’s connection to McLaren’s racing success. A bespoke track record plaque, placed in the bonnet storage area, lists the MCL38’s pole positions, race wins, and fastest laps from the 2024 season.

Both models retain their respective powertrains and performance credentials. The Artura features a 3.0-litre V6 hybrid powertrain, while the 750S is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8. Both supercars incorporate McLaren’s signature carbon fibre monocoque chassis, ensuring a lightweight yet incredibly strong structure. The 750S also benefits from an active rear wing and the Proactive Chassis Control III suspension system, further enhancing its track-focused capabilities.
