The 2025 Acura ADX Is Shockingly Affordable

The 2025 Acura ADX Is Shockingly Affordable

Posted on February 15, 2025 By rehan.rafique No Comments on The 2025 Acura ADX Is Shockingly Affordable

Acura pulled the covers off its new ADX compact SUV late last year. Along with the sharp looks came a vague promise of pricing starting somewhere in the $30,000 range. We now have all the details, and to Acura’s credit, the car’s base price is surprisingly reasonable.

The 2025 Acura ADX starts at $36,350. That includes the company’s $1,350 destination charge. In its most basic form, the ADX comes with heated seats, dual-zone climate control with rear vents, a power moonroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, a power tailgate, and wireless CarPlay/Android Auto. A digital cockpit with a 9.0-inch center screen and a 10.2-inch driver display are standard across the lineup, as is the company’s AcuraWatch suite of driver assist systems. That includes basics like adaptive cruise and collision warnings, but also active features like lane-keep assist and traffic-jam assist.

Moving up to the ADX A-Spec adds 19-inch wheels, LED driving lamps and darkened trim on the outside. Driver and passengers get a larger moonroof, ventilated seats, and a snazzier Ultrasuede interior with red contrast stitching. The flagship model is the awkwardly named ADX A-Spec with Advance Package, featuring everything from the A-Spec but with more black, more tech, and more speakers for the Bang & Olufsen stereo.

Model/Trim Price (includes $1,350 destination fee)
ADX FWD $36,350
ADX AWD $38,350
ADX A-Spec FWD $39,350
ADX A-Spec AWD $41,350
ADX A-Spec with Advance Package FWD $43,350
ADX A-Spec with Advance Package AWD $45,350

All trims have the same turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive is the defacto arrangement, but all trims offer all-wheel drive for an extra $2,000. Curiously, Acura has yet to reveal a specific horsepower rating for the ADX. It’s said to be “similar to the DOHC 1.5T used in Integra,” which makes 200 horsepower in standard form.

At $36,350, Acura undercuts virtually all of its luxury competitors in the compact SUV segment. Will potential buyers respond favorably? We’ll find out when the 2025 Acura ADX reaches dealerships in the spring.
