Whether you love or loathe the all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona, you can probably agree that it’s quite an important car for the brand. Like its predecessors, the new Charger is also bound to generate plenty of support across the aftermarket scene, and with customer deliveries just beginning, it hasn’t taken long for tuners to start experimenting.

One of the first to step up is Waido Kits, a U.S.-based company that has just previewed a dramatic widebody conversion through a series of renders for the electric Charger Daytona. Given its approach, we wouldn’t be surprised if a similar kit is in the works for the gas-powered version set to arrive this summer.
Waido Kits is no stranger to aftermarket body kits. The company already offers upgrades for the Tesla Cybertruck, Ford Explorer, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and previous-generation Dodge Charger and Challenger models. Now, it has set its sights on the Daytona—though this particular kit is definitely not for those who prefer subtlety.

The widebody package starts with a more pronounced front splitter and then includes a pair of new front quarter panels. Waido Kits has also designed new side skirts for the hefty EV and then affixed a pair of flared rear quarter panels. There’s no word on how much wider the car is compared to a regular Charger Daytona, but it certainly looks more imposing with these flared arches.
Modifications continue at the rear and include a new diffuser and a fixed rear wing. Some of Waido’s parts, including the diffuser, look to be made from forged carbon fiber, adding to the dramatic looks. The Charger featured in these renderings also rocks a set of custom wheels with forged carbon aero discs.
We’ve reached out to Waido Kits to find out how much this package will cost and will update once we hear back. Pricing for its previous widebody kits has varied widely. For example, the company’s widebody setup for the last-gen Charger started at just $1,790, while its Challenger kit was priced at $2,090. On the higher end, Waido offers a $9,990 upgrade package for the Tesla Cybertruck, so it’s anyone’s guess where the Daytona kit will land.
