Check out this eye-catching one-owner 1995 Corvette convertible with only 7,000 miles!

After hardly ever driving the car and never letting it see rain over the past 30 years, that original owner has decided to part with his Bright Aqua C4 (with nicely accenting beige top and Light Beige leather interior) – one of just 909 built in that shade in ’95.

For that 32 years of careful stewardship, he’s asking a whopping $29,500 or best offer in his ad on Craigslist out of the Cleveland, Ohio area. Of course, optimistically speaking, that’s still nearly $17,000 less than the original MSRP of $46,309 on the window sticker that’s included with the deal.

The listing confirms the car has been garage kept and is in “mint” condition. Later the listing repeats that but this time in all capital letters in case you missed it – “MINT CONDITION.” We’re also told three times that the car has only 7,300 miles, to let that point sink in, too.

The car does indeed to be in MINT CONDITION and a photo of the dash confirms the 7,356 miles on the odometer. Unfortunately, there aren’t any other photos of the interior to assess its condition, but based on the 7,300 miles, it’s sure to be in MINT CONDITION, too.

As the owner of a 1996 Arctic White convertible right now, I can attest to the “bang for the buck” factor that the C4s deliver in kaboodles, but I’m also realistic enough to know that the fourth-gen cars – though they will always be close to my heart – will likely never be worth a lot of money on the classic market when there are other higher-performing options out there for nearly the same money.

It comes down to a matter of personal taste. Yes, I dig the design of the C4s inside and out, but if I had to shell out $30,000 for a fourth-gen, I would pass and just get a C5 or C6 with not many more miles. While I appreciate the extremely low mileage on this car, it really makes it into a museum piece unless you’re willing to take a loss on it in the future because as soon as you start enjoying the car and the mileage goes up considerably, the value plummets. So, what’s your take out there in internet land?
